Writers with teaching background have new venue

March 28, 2001 - Twice a year, Instructor New Teacher Magazine will strive to help new teachers overcome some issues which can seem overwhelming. Topics will include: lesson planning tips, professional online teaching tools, classroom management, finding a mentor, and communicating with parents and administrators.

The magazine, under the guidance of editor-in-chief Terry Cooper, is published by Scholastic Inc., a New York publishing firm.
