Shape, CODE and Houston win Maggie Awards

April 19, 2000 - The Western Publications Association (WPA), which represents the magazine publishing industry west of the Mississippi, presented its Maggie Awards to 80 magazines at its 49th annual banquet. Judging categories included editorial, design and promotional excellence.

The "Best Overall Consumer Publication" award was presented to Shape, which also clinched the "Best Consumer How-To Article" honors. "Best New Consumer Publication" went to CODE, Houston nabbed the "Most Improved Consumer Publication" title and the "Best Consumer Article Series" was awarded to PC Computing.
