Editorial changes at Smart Partner open up writing opportunities

July 25, 2001 - Smart Partner, a Ziff Davis Media publication, is expanding its content to include real-world case studies and best practice feature articles. In addition, publication frequency has changed from a weekly newsmagazine to 18 issues per year. Circulation has grown 85 percent since 1998, currently at 120,100.
