New food and cooking title open to submissions! January 22, 2001 - Gastronomica is the newest food and cooking title on the block. This quarterly magazine, subtitled "The Journal of Food and Culture," is due to launch in February as a forum for ideas, discussion and reflection on the history, literature, representation and cultural impact of food. The magazine will blend articles from the viewpoint of culinary professionals, historians, architects, photographers, poets and artists.
