New bilingual automotive title targets Latino readers August 15, 2001 - Latino car buyers will soon have their own automotive publication, Latinos on Wheels (LOW) magazine, due to premier at the 2001 Miami Auto Show being held from October 26 through November 4. "The three-fold mission of LOW is to simultaneously serve as a consumer magazine featuring auto-related lifestyle trends; a guide to the historical contributions of Latinos to the auto industry; and a guide to automotive products, personnel and related industries," noted Andres Tobar, publisher and editor-in-chief. Editorial content for this quarterly will be informative, entertaining and authoritative. The bilingual publication is published by Latinos On Wheels, L.L.C in partnership with On Wheels, Inc., which also published African Americans On Wheels magazine.
