New women's title Your Life debuts next week

April 18, 2001 - Your Life, a new women's lifestyle title for 35+-year-old women, will debut next week in the UK. The focus is to provide modern, older women a relevant, motivating and exciting weekly magazine.

The magazine will be divided into themed "zones" including:

• This Week, a 12-page news section
• Indulgence
• Body & Soul, an eight-page supplement, containing advice on preventative medicine, healthy living, diet and mainstream alternative health.
• Life Support
• Life Matters

The title's editor, Mary Frances, formerly the editor of Woman's Realm, which merged with Woman's Weekly after 46 years.

"What we've done with Your Life is tear up the rule book," said Ms. Frances. "[The mature women reader] wants something different, something that treats her as an intelligent human being. And she wants something that surprises her; that's as exciting as her life is now."
