Organic Style to replace Organic Gardening?

April 11, 2001 - What is clear is that Rodale Inc. will be launching a new magazine titled Organic Style with a September/October debut issue. The magazine will focus on combining beauty and fashion with cuisine, home and gardening to capture "the art of living in balance."

Already there is a website up and running and a place to sign-up for the preview issue. At the helm of the launch, to a rate base of 400,000, is Carol Brietzke Brooks, previously deputy editor at Glamour. Editorial submissions should be forwarded to John.Grogan@rodale.com.

Although Rodale is not saying anything about the possible demise of Organic Gardening, other sources are using words like "bulldozed" to forecast the future of the title, with circulation being folded into the new title.
